The site is operated by Coperaco Coffee LLC. We are incorporated in Delaware and our principal place of business is located at 287 Laurel Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under "My Account" or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and to remove or edit content submitted by you in the "My Account" area of the Site.

Coperaco® and the Coperaco Coffee Company logo are registered trademarks of Coperaco Coffee LLC. You must not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. Ordering Through the Site

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the "Shipping Confirmation"). You are responsible for reviewing your order and agree to pay the amounts on the payment and order placement screen and authorize Coperaco Coffee Company to charge your card in such amount prior to shipment of your order. A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order in a separate Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our inventory.

Subscription services

We will automatically ship and deliver your favorite blend on the schedule selected by you. By signing up for a subscription service you authorize Coperaco Coffee Company to charge your payment method upon shipment. You may cancel the subscription at any time upon 7 days’ notice.
Third Party Payment Platforms: Our website uses the Shopify and Stripe payment platforms, which are not hosted or controlled by Coperaco Coffee Company. These are third party service providers to Coperaco Coffee Company and they may store and collect additional information from you. You agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service currently located at https://stripe.com/us/terms_and agree to their privacy policy currently located at https://stripe.com/us/privacy. Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Coperaco Coffee Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Coperaco Coffee Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Coperaco Coffee Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

No right or remedy of Coperaco Coffee Company shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses. No instance of waiver by Coperaco Coffee Company of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

Applicable law

This website is created and controlled by Coperaco Coffee Company in New Jersey, USA. As such, the laws of the New Jersey will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. By using the site you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in New Jersey in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon your use of this site or the Service provided herein.

Shipping

Orders are shipped on the following business day. Shipping charges will vary depending on the weight of your package and your distance from Coperaco Coffee Company in New Jersey. Depending on your shipping destination, please allow up to 7 business days for UPS ground shipments and up to 10 business days for all USPS shipments. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Coperaco Coffee Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us via the information below. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.

Discounts

Discount codes are good for redemption at time of sale only. Please make sure to press the apply button when entering the code. Codes can not be applied after sale is final. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us via the information below. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us via the information below for an exchange. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Note that you only have 10 calendar days from the date you received the product to return it. Once we receive your return product we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
